a <strong>visa<\/strong> when the entrepreneur is out of Spain and must travel to perform the necessary steps to implement the activity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Permission<\/strong> is requested when the entrepreneur is already legally in Spain, to develop the project.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Where_is_the_application_submitted\"><\/span>Where is the application submitted?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Visa\u00a0application<\/strong> must be submitted at the Spanish Consulate in the country of residence.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Residency permit for entrepreneurs application<\/strong> must be submitted in Spain (UGE-CE).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_do_you_assess_whether_the_project_has_an_economic_interest_in_Spain\"><\/span>How do you assess whether the project has an economic interest in Spain?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The first step is to develop a <strong>business plan\u00a0<\/strong>that should include at least the following <u>issues:<\/u><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong><u>Business project<\/u><\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Business activity to be developed<\/li>\n<li>Start date<\/li>\n<li>Location (geographical area in which the activity is to be developed)<\/li>\n<li>Legal form of the company<\/li>\n<li>Economic impact of investment<\/li>\n<li>Number, description and qualification of the jobs that will be created as a result of the investment<\/li>\n<li>Promotion and sales strategy (advertising and marketing)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong><u>Founders and Partners<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Partners requesting authorization: description of their involvement in the project and their financial situation.<\/li>\n<li>Rest of the company&#8217;s partners: personal data and professional and academic profile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong><u>Product \/ Service<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Description of the service or product<\/li>\n<li>Innovative aspects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> <u>Market analysis<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Market valuation and expected evolution<\/li>\n<li>Description of the competition<\/li>\n<li>Description of potential consumers<\/li>\n<li>Supply and demand analysis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong><u>Financing<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Investment required<\/li>\n<li>Suppliers<\/li>\n<li>Financing tools: grants, credits, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Important: A minimum <strong>investment<\/strong> and creation of jobs <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>is not<\/strong><\/span> required, since the valuation is made individually, case by case, taking into account the feasibility of the plan and the benefits that the activity may generate for the Spanish economy.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Who_carries_out_the_evaluation_of_the_project\"><\/span>Who carries out the evaluation of the project?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you are going to apply for a\u00a0<u>visa<\/u>, it is needed the\u00a0<strong>favourable report\u00a0<\/strong>of the Spanish authorities (<strong>Economic and Commercial Office <\/strong>&#8211; COPE) where the entrepreneur resides previously to obtain the visa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">If what you want to be processed is the residence\u00a0<u>permit<\/u>, it<u>\u00a0<\/u>is not necessary to obtain prior favourable report, but the business plan is presented, along with the permit application to the Unit for Large Companies, which will ask directly the report to the\u00a0<strong>Director at the General of International Trade and Investment.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\"
