The firm Boltas, Boy\u00e9 Lawyers arises from the union, in 2011, of the offices of Gemma P\u00e9rez Boy\u00e9 and Araceli Boltas, with the aim of adding knowledge, experiences and resources, to create synergies and offer the best service to clients, placing them at the center of their activity.<\/p>\n

The main mission of the firm is to offer a close, immediate, professional and specialized treatment, focusing on the defense of the interests of each client and the protection of their rights. For this reason, matters are managed or supervised directly by the members.<\/p>\n

With a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona (1989), she has completed her training with numerous lectures, conferences and congresses in the fields of civil law and, particularly, in the areas of real estate and construction.<\/p>\n

Member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 1993, has always been dedicated to the practice and the teaching of law.<\/p>\n

She specializes in Real Estate and Construction Law, and her work focuses on advising clients who carry out real estate transactions, both on the buying and selling side.
\nShe also represents clients, whether plaintiffs or defendants, in matters derived from real estate transactions and development projects (for construction defects, breaches of contract, etc.).<\/p>\n

She works closely, with experts and professionals in the construction sector, to reinforce the technical side of matters and secure the client’s position on all fronts.<\/p>\n

Member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 1996, she provides specialized legal advice in the field of Civil, Contractual and Private International Law, aimed at individuals and companies, national and international.<\/p>\n

Her areas of expertise include advising foreigners, individuals and companies, residents or with economic interests in Spain or Catalonia, who must comply with their legal obligations in our country, in matters related to: Real estate and property law; Contractual obligations; Incorporation of companies or branches, sale and transfer of businesses and activity licenses, agreements between partners or online businesses; and conflicts of private international law, defense in litigation, and representation before public administration.<\/p>\n
